What You’ll Do

As part of our Sales & Customer Experience team, you’ll play a key role in both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with HVAC system selection and purchasing decisions
  • Providing accurate product information, pricing, and availability
  • Helping customers understand sizing considerations, compatibility, and ordering requirements
  • Managing inbound sales opportunities, following up on qualified leads and staying in touch with your repeat customers
  • Supporting customers throughout the buying process to ensure a smooth experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve questions efficiently and professionally

This role blends consultative sales with high-quality customer service, ensuring every customer interaction builds trust and confidence.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated professionals who are comfortable owning conversations and guiding customers to the right solutions. Ideal candidates will have:
  • Sales experience, preferably in HVAC, appliances, building products, or a related industry
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • The ability to learn and explain technical information clearly and accurately*
  • Comfort working independently while staying accountable to team goals
  • Strong attention to detail and followthrough
  • A professional, solutionsoriented approach to customer interactions

*HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required—we provide product training and ongoing support.
