The GE Pump and Motor Assembly is an OEM part for GE dishwashers. It is the component responsible for circulating water and draining dirty water during all dishwasher cycles. The motor powers an impeller inside the pump body to transfer water from the bottom of the tub back to the upper spray arm for rinsing and removal of food soils from dishes.
